Refund policy

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery for an exchange or a refund.

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

To return merchandise, email info[at]khassel.de for return authorization. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returns and exchanges. All return shipments must be sent with ‘Signature Required’ delivery - any packages sent without this option, that are not delivered will not be refunded.
