Shipping policy

This is a very small operation; orders can sometimes take a few days to go out. Each order is pressed and wrapped in the studio.

Orders are shipped using DHL: 

 

Germany:

Free shipping for orders from € 200,- and above. 

Domestic shipping is € 6,-.

 

EU:

Free shipping to countries within the European Union for orders from € 300,- and above.

Shipping to countries within the European Union is € 16,-.

Please allow DHL 5-7 days for delivery from ship date in continental Europe. 

 

Switzerland:

Free shipping to Switzerland for orders from € 350,- and above.

Shipping to Switzerland is € 27,-.

 

Worldwide shipping:

If you live outside the EU and would like to order items from the shop, please get in touch: info[at]khassel.de

We´ll check the fee and find an apropriate solution.

 

Receiver is responsible for customs fees or duty charges incurred from importing goods. 

Tracking information is included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped.

Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
